Mix 30ml (2 tbsp) with 240ml (regular glass) water. Also add to smoothies, natural yoghurt or post-exercise shakes.

Authentic Montmorency Cherry Juice
I have been taking Montmorency Cherry Juice for many years now after reading that Montmorency Cherries are very high in Vitamin C & A, antioxidants and dietary fibre. Most notably it is supposed to act as an anti-inflammatory, enhance sleep, and is traditionally used to ease the painful effects of Gout.

My 86 year old mum takes this to keep gout at bay and swears by it!
I pour some on my greek yoghurt and fruit at breakfast each day and love the rich taste it adds. Am confident of its health giving benefits too.
I also loved Active Edge Blueberry Active but can`t seem to get this anywhere now.

Pleasant tasting, could soon get through one bottle, but better value than trying to buy the fruit itself. The "tart" variety is the one in studies, unlike some other firms who sell juice.
