Combining this cranberry and d-mannose forms a one-week treatment for ailments such as urinary tract infections. D mannose is a monosaccharide naturally produced by the body. At least 90% of ingested D-mannose is absorbed in the upper part of the intestine and excreted unconverted into the urine via the kidneys.
