Suggested use:

• Always use diluted, never undiluted
• Allow four to twelve single drops to fall naturally into a full glass (300ml) of water or juice, and stir thoroughly
• Consume thirty minutes before or two hours after meals, one to three times a day (children over eight years, half dose)
• Hold the bottle with the nozzle pointing downwards and apply gentle pressure rather than squeezing
