Contents:	Per daily intake of 2 tablets:
Oregano (Origanum vulgare L.) 5:1 equivalent to 1500mg dried herb	300mg
Olive leaves (Olea europaea L.) 5:1 equivalent to 1000mg dried herb	200mg
Marigold (Calendula officinalis L.) 5:1 equivalent to 750mg dried herb	150mg
Thyme (Thymus vulgaris L.) 5:1 equivalent to 750mg dried herb	150mg
Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum L.) 5:1 equivalent to 500mg dried herb	100mg
Cloves (Eugenia caryophyllus L.) 5:1 equivalent to 500mg dried herb	100mg
Garlic 5% alliin (Allium sativum L.)	66mg
Cinnamon oil (Cinnamomum zeylanicum J. Presl._	10mg
Peppermint oil (Mentha x piperita L.)	6mg

Niacin	10.7mg

Take 3 tablets daily with a glass of water during meal times for a period of 30 days. Thereafter 2 tablets daily with a glass of water during meal times.

You must keep a balanced diet. We suggest whilst taking dida that you reduce the intake of foods which may disturb the micro-biological balance in the body. Foods to try and avoid include alcohol, yeast, sugar and carbohydrates (white bread).

Can I take dida if I am taking prescribed medication?
