Suggested Usage:

• Adults and children over 12: take two to four capsules after meals, three times a day, with water
• To help reduce excessive flatulence after eating, take 4 capsules at least 30 minutes before a meal and 4 capsules shortly after
• For teeth: open a capsule and use the powder on a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush gently for 1 to 2 minutes, then rinse well. Use 2 to 3 times a week
