Doctors Best Collagen Types 1 and 3 with Peptan Vitamin C - 540 x 3000mg Tablets

Within a couple of DAYS i noticed a difference in knee and spine pain. I am continuing to take collagen supplements as even my hip is beginning to
feel better with a reduction of about 25% of the pain I have been experiencing - I am guessing there will continue to be an improvement until the
ligaments etc have "recovered" (if that's what is in fact happening?).

I'm writing this in June 2023, after purchasing Doctor's Best Collagen in January 2023.

I take 2 tablets twice daily on an empty stomach (even though they suggest 3 as a serving size) and after a couple of months I noticed a difference in my menopausal skin. It felt soft and supple and looked a lot brighter. Prior to this my skin was extremely tight and dry after cleansing despite the amount of serums, moisturisers and thick night creams I used. (I should also point out that I've been taking 2000mg of Omega 3 fish oil every morning too)

I was also upset about the amount of hair I was losing, and I've noticed that this has lessened. Plus the small hairs that are regrowing around my hairline are continuing to grow and not shed.

It's a long, slow process and you won't notice a difference after just a month or two. I'm 6 months into using this collagen (and fish oils) and I honestly feel I'm making good progress with my skin and hair. I didn't have a problem with my nails or joints so can't comment on those.

I'm about to repurchase.

I should also point out that when I first purchased this product in Jan 2023 it was £39.99 (maybe on special offer?) but the price is now £58.99, reduced to £47.19 - that's a brutal increase over 6 months!!

I haven`t noticed any difference in my flaky soft nails, or my fine hair but my skin is clearer

Since taking this product my digestion has improved and I sleep better.

Just thought I`d point out, Type 2 collagen is what helps joints and cartilage. Types 1 and 3 are mainly for skin, hair and nails. Type 2 should be taken separately to 1 and 3 to ensure adequate absorption. If you`re looking for help for your joints- Doctors Best do a hyaluronic acid/collagen complex- more expensive but it works well.

nothing happened, in fact my arthritis got worse.
No improvement in my crumbly nails either.
Sad this hasn`t worked for me as it has for other.

I`ve only been talking the collagen tablets for around ten days but already my nails are much stronger. (They`re usually soft and flaky.) I will be continuing to take them in the hope that I will experience joint pain reduction, as has happened with other reviewers, & yes, I certainly recommend this brand of collagen. If nail strength improves so quickly, I am expecting more good results??

Early days but does seem to be helping with aches and pains

I read a lot about importance of collagen and found bodykind site and ordered it. Now I`m on my third bottle and my nails are so strong and so long even thou I wash up everyday and as I`m a support worker - life throws you all kind of things and nails do get through a lot of things. Love it, would recommend it.

Buy on a regular basis for my wife(in late 60`s). She has very few face wrinkles, excellent nails and good hair.

I was experiencing pain in my thigh and thumbs, since taking this supplement the pain in my thumbs has gone and although I still have a little discomfort in my right thigh it is much better and I don`t have to take painkillers now when I drive. I am pleased with this product and I will be buying more.
