D-Mannose is a simple sugar which naturally occurs in the body. It is also commonly found in Cranberry. Taking D-Mannose in tablet form provides a much higher dose than would be found in food, or in cranberry supplements. For this reason, D-Mannose has gained a lot of popularity as a food supplement.

Natures Aid D-Mannose tablets are suitable for vegans and gluten free. Each tablet provides 1000mg D-Mannose.

D-Mannose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate Dihydrate, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Vegetable source Magnesium Stearate.

Contents Per Tablet:
D-Mannose	1000mg

Initial dose: Take 1-3 tablets every 3 hours. Maintenance dose: After 3 days reduce to 1-3 tablets twice a day. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Not difficult to swallow

When I first got these tablets I thought how the hell can I swallow these, first I crushed them between two spoons which worked but was a bit messy. My wife tried them and just placed them in her mouth for a short while, they softened and she chewed and swallowed them, which I now do. Oh and by the way they seem to work on UTIs, I have no stopped taking Anti Bios.
