Immediate Support: 4 - 6 tablets every 2 or 3 hours and once during the night.

Ongoing Support: 4 - 6 tablets once or twice a day.

Other Support: 4 - 6 tablets before and after intimacy (where applicable), continue on Immediate Support dose for 48 hours.
