3g D-Mannose per serving (3g / Heaped Teaspoon).
Immediate Support: Level - Heaped Teaspoon of Powder (2 - 3g) every 2 or 3 hours and once during the night.
Ongoing Support: Level - Heaped Teaspoon of Powder (2 - 3g) once or twice a day.
Other Support: Level - Heaped Teaspoon of Powder (2 - 3g) before and after intimacy (where applicable), continue on Immediate Support dose for 48 hours.
Important - It is essential to try and find a suitable amount of D-Mannose for your circumstances. Some users may find lower doses work as expected, whereas others may require higher doses for a longer duration.

A useful product to help prevent UTIs and avoid antibiotics however it is expensive and not prescribed bu NHS

I have been taking D-Mannose after discovering I had yet another UTI which tested ecoli positive. After reaserching on the internet I read lots of reports from people like myself, who were despairing at the thoughts of more antibiotics. The D-Mannose apparently is only effective in preventing ecoli strains of UTI from sticking to the bladder wall. My last urine sample tested ecoli free! The doctors said it was down to the nitrofrantonin I took.. However,I didn`t take the antibiotic!. The only thing I took was waterfall D-Mannose to help flush the ecoli away and Probiotic Acidophilus forte seven day pack to build my gut flora back up. The only downside is it`s only a 50ml tub and runs out expensive especially at the start of use. I now take one heaped teaspoon last thing at night and first thing in the morning. Changes in diet have also played a huge part!
