4 Lepicol vegicaps are equal to 1 teaspoon of Lepicol powder.

Directions for use:

Adults: Initially take 2 - 8 capsules, as required, twice daily 20-25 minutes before meals with 2 to 3 glasses of water or diluted fruit juice. Adjust the number of capsules according to requirements.

Children/Young Adults: Take 2 - 5 capsules twice daily 20-25 minutes before a meal with 1 full glass of water or diluted fruit juice. Adjust the number of capsules according to requirements.

If preferred, the capsules can be opened and the contents mixed with water or diluted fruit juice and consumed immediately. Alternatively, use Lepicol in powder form.

Liquid intake: Aim for a minimum of 1 glass of water (250ml) for every 5 capsules of Lepicol.
