Hot flushes be gone
I suffered with hot flushes on the hour 24/7 with the doctor's not allowing me to have HRT due to other health reasons but not helping with any helpful ideas.
I tried many powders, tablets and anything that advertised their product could help with hot flushes. Save your money, your hot flushes are due to your body having lost control to regulate your body temperature.
The gland Hyperthamalous stops working, this little gland is the problem. AGNUS CASTUS helps your body to regain control and before you know it your hot flushes are all but gone, l have been using this herbal remedy for years it gave me my life back.
As it's a herbal remedy it doesn't affect my other medications and l highly recommend this product, you don't need to suffer any longer.

Daughter with painful periods and bad skin
My 15 year old had been struggling for about a year with heavy long periods, clotting and flooding. She has been using this product, one a day with food, for three months and gradually each month she has got a little better. Less clotting and heavy. Still full 7 days, but more manageable. Skin much improved.

This product seems good quality and was delivered with no problems. I`ve been taking the tablets for 3 weeks or so. I`m not sure I`ve seen a vast improvement to my PMS symptoms yet but having done lots of research it seems it can take a few months to feel the results so I am happy to keep using this product. See what happens.

I started taking this after reading lots about agnus cactus as a treatment for lowered progesterone levels in perimenopause and how these can cause breast pain and cysts, which I was suffering from terribly. Within three months all pain was gone and there was a noticeable improvement even in the first month. After five months I took a month off... and the pain and swelling returned. Needless to say I am now a convert to this herb/product!
