I choose Dr Vegan products, not because I am Vegan, I am not! But Dr Vegan have very few on no bulking ingredients, which means you are getting the purest of vitamin. Since menopause, I have suffered with anxiety which is awful. Along with the usual CBT ashwaghanda and especially this brand really really do help. I can really notice the difference when I'm not taking it and have been for the last four months. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone suffering with menopausal anxiety or anxiety in general. As soon as it hits your digestion, it calms you is the only way I can explain it It really does work. Highly recommended product.
