mother tinctures of Avena sativa 0.25ml, Ext. solvent: Ethanol 62% w/w, Humulus lupulus 0.04ml, Ext. solvent: Ethanol 86% w/w, Passiflora incarnata 0.075ml, Ext. solvent: Ethanol 86% w/w, Valeriana officinalis 0.3ml, Ext. solvent: Ethanol 43% w/w and Coffea tosta 60X 0.15ml. Also contains Ethanol (alcohol).

Suggested Use:

• For mild stress symptoms: Take 15-20 drops in a small glass of water, three times daily
• To aid sleep: Take 20-40 drops in a small glass of water, half an hour before bedtime

Contraindications

• Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 100 drops
• Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients
• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Do not use if you are under 18 years of age
• Do not use if you are taking other medicines that interact with alcohol
