Various terpenoids found in the volatile oil are believed to account for cinnamons benefits. Important among these compounds are eugenol and cinnamaldehyde.

Bio Health Cinnamon Bark - 60 x 350mg Vegicaps

I have type 2 Diabetes and have found that since I started taking Cinnamon Capsules my blood sugar levels have been very much reduced and my readings are constant. I have been taking 3 capsules each day for a few months and I can assure you I feel very much better for it.
