Suggested Usage:

• Adults: take five oral sprays, up to four times daily
• Children 6-12 years: take two oral sprays, up to four times daily

Contraindications:

• Elderberry should not be taken during chemotherapy, as it has been known to alter the effects of chemo
• Marshmallow root should not be used with any drugs that need to be sucked or broken down in the mouth
• Do not exceed the recommended daily intake
