Suggested Usage:

As a vegan food supplement, take one to three teaspoons daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional
Shake well before pouring
Age one to six years = 5ml (one tsp daily)
Age seven to 11 years = 10ml (two tsp daily)
Age 12+ = 15ml (three tsp daily)

Great to keep on hand during cold and flu season

I have relied on this on numerous occasions to stop me getting ill when I was exposed to various things (people around me having colds or flu etc). It really works. The taste is intense but pleasant, and the ingredients are pure. One time I tried a much cheaper brand of elderberry syrup that's widely available in pharmacies and it didn't work at all for me, so while this product is expensive, it's worth it as far as I'm concerned.

Excellent

Initially, this seems expensive for such a small bottle but it is very powerful stuff and you only need a tiny amount. I only take half a teaspoon at a time. I find a full teaspoon too much. I can actually feel it working after dose. I’ve had a common lurgy recently - took this two days in a row and it just seems to have disappeared. (I also take echinacea but think it takes a bit longer to recover on its own.)
Highly recommend.
