Viridian Fenugreek Extract - 30 Capsules

Viridian Fenugreek Extract supports the maintenance of normal blood glucose and the control of lipid metabolism. It's also known as a galactagogue, which supports milk production and recovery after childbirth. This unique blend of high-potency fenugreek and zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in your blood.

The fenugreek extract is taken from the seed and standardised to key active saponins. One capsule provides the equivalent of 4800mg of the whole herb and 300mg of saponins.

Fenugreek is rich in bioactive compounds called phytonutrients, produced naturally within the plant. Its leaves and seeds are commonly used in cooking to provide aroma and flavour. The plant is native to southern Europe and the Mediterranean region but is also grown in northern Africa and western Asia.
