This flower essence is a unique and carefully selected blend of the flower of pine, orange hawkweed, walnut, willow, star of Bethlehem, agrimony, tormentil, Mimulus, bluebells and self heal all in equal amounts to help meet the challenges of modern life.

Grape alcohol (approx 27% ABV), infusions of Aspen, Mimulus, Orange Hawkweed, Chamomile, Agrimony, Chestnut Bud, Beech, Crab Apple, Self Heal, Walnut and Willow, with Star of Bethlehem, Impatiens, Cherry plum, Clematis and Rock Rose.
Adults
5 drops in a little water and 3 times daily until the bottle is finished.
Children (2-7) years
3 drops in a little water 3 times daily until the bottle is finished.
Children (7-14) years
4 drops in a little water 3 times daily until the bottle is finished.
Contraindications
If pregnant or breastfeeding, please seek professional healthcare advice before using this product.
Not recommended for children under 2.

I tried this product on advice from an aunt who uses Jan de Vries products. I have been prescribed various medications over a long period ~ none of them worked. This is a gentle, easy on the system, product, and very helpful for anyone who has a frequent constipation problem for whatever reason.
