I have been using these bitters and ginger for some time now. They were suggested by a naturopath that I was seeing. They work very well for me and I usually buy the from Bodykind as they are cheaper than other sites.

I bought this product instead of the digestive enzymes as I have been told it stimulates the digestive juices naturally. I have not been on it long but have found it to work very well.
