Also contains microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), Beta vulgaris (beetroot juice) powder (colour), silicone dioxide, crosslinked cellulose gum (firming agent), magnesium salts of edible fatty acids (glazing agent) and essential oils of lemon, lemongrass and Litsea cubeba.

Magnesium Citrate	316mg
Soy Bean Dried Extract (36% isoflavones)	69.5mg
Hibiscus Extract	35mg
Magnesium Oxide	23mg

1 tablet contains 56.5mg elemental magnesium.
2 tablets provide 30% of adult NRV*.

Adults: Take one tablet twice daily (morning and evening) with food.

This product is not suitable for children.
