Viridian L-Theanine & Lemon Balm - 90 Capsules

I have been taking this for about two to three months now. Previously I tried the LTheanine on its own, but found I still had residual anxiety. The addition of Lemon Balm has made a huge difference. I am able to manage stress better and be more assertive without feeling catastrophic.The pit in my stomach feeling has gone and I actually have times during the day when I feel happy! I have also bought Melissa Leaf as a back up (Lemon Balm) in case this is to good to be true. Having suffered anxiety and depression badly for 2 years and most of my life, this is an awakening. The only other variables are a change in diet to low carbs, lost weight and feel healthier in two months. It does work and you can feel better. Persist and things get brighter each day.

I have been taking this product for a while now and can honestly say that it really does effect my mood. I am also prone to anxiety attacks and this helps to reduce them. So I would recommend anyone who suffers from mild depression or anxiety to give them a go.
