Extract of Urtica, silicea, calcium carbonate (from molluscs), calcium phosphate and sodium phosphate. Also contains lactose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and pregelatinised potato starch.

This product contains lactose and may not be suitable for those who are lactose intolerant.

A Vogel Urticalcin - Stinging Nettle Complex - 360 Tablets

Adults: Take 3 tablets twice daily, allowing them to dissolve in the mouth.

Children (3-12 years): Take 1 tablet twice daily, allowing it to dissolve in the mouth.

Urticalcin silicea and nettle extract is convenient to take. This is unlike silicea in the form of gels (silicea gel) which has to be taken 2 hours before any medication to avoid the risk of drug interaction.
