SC Nutra Organic Wild Oregano Oil C80 - 10ml

75mg Oregano Oil per Serving (5 drops).

Take four drops in a small drink of coconut, soya or milk. Can be taken three or four times a day.

Can also be taken once a day for support.

May be diluted for use in a suitable food oil

• If you drink excessive amounts of alcohol regularly or take prescription drugs, or you have any other health concerns, please consult your doctor before taking any oregano supplement
• If allergic to oregano or to other plants in the Lamiaceae family, such as mint, sage, basil, and lavender, please don't use oregano oil
• Keep away from genitals and eyes
