I take this for my respiratory system as I suffer when in an aeroplane and for a long time afterwards with my ears. It seems to help.

A Vogel Plantago Lanceolata I`ve reviewed a few times previous because it`s an ideal tincture for me that prevents excessive earwax build up and I`ve never had blocked ears or syringe in years. It`s marvellous stuff!

Jan De Vries (no longer with us) also recommended Plantago Lanceolata to me to eliminate excess ear wax and I`ve never suffered blocked ears since or needed them syringing and it even counteracts catarrh. Amazing stuff and I wouldn`t be without it.
