They didnt make me go into spontaneous labour which was the aim! But impossible to say if the tablets had anything to do with or not to do with that. Cant have done any harm though!

Natures Aid Raspberry Leaf - 60 Tablets

I have yet to have my baby but I used Raspberry leaf tablets for my 2nd child (I`m about to have my 4th) and the birth was quick, the recovery fast, my milk came in early and my mummy tummy shrank quickly. On the 2 pregnancies where I didn`t use the tablets, I didn`t bounce back as quickly and my labours were longer. Looking forward to seeing what happens this time !
