I take this at times when I feel a little overloaded, I feel the benefits very quickly, it`s very subtle and calming. I start taking 3 a day and then once I feel more grounded I lower to two and then eventually one per day. Once I feel back on top, I do stop taking them but I always have a jar in my cupboard. Highly recommend this product.
