Take 30 drops in a little water or fruit juice half an hour before bedtime

This is a wonderful product from Dr. Vogel, an old pioneer of Herbalism! We use it for sleep and mild anxiety and it is very effective. Some reviewers complain about taste but it is a small price to pay compared to the side effects of sleeping drugs! Many thanks to BODYKIND.

Terrible taste/smell but nicer than trying to take valerian as a tea. Works great - I use 10 drops before bed and sleep much better. Dont dilute it in too much water, the taste doesnt get milder but you have to get through more of it!
