Ingredient	Content
Calcium (as carbonate, gluconate, citrate)	1000mg
Magnesium (as oxide, citrate, gluconate)	400mg
Zinc (as gluconate)	15mg

Bulking Agents: microcrystalline cellulose, citric acid, cellulose gum, Glazing Agents: hypromellose cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate. vegetable stearic acid. Colour: titanium dioxide.

For adults take three tablets daily, preferably at meal times, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.

Very good

I really rate the product highly. However in my last order one of the bottles was broken. I have since returned the package with just the one broken bottle. I am awaiting a replacement.
