Im using this to help with sugar detox (same product as 7day sugar detox). It really helps minimise cravings and keeps my energy levels balanced. I would recommend it.
Seems like a good quality product, but very expensive for what it is.
Also, Viridian have taken the trouble to use environmentally-friendly glass jars with metal lids, but then they encase the entire jar in plastic! There is no need to cover the whole jar, which completely defeats the object. It is only the lids that need to be sealed for safety.
