Iodine as bioavailable potassium iodide in a simple, hypoallergenic purified water base. Contains 349 drops per bottle.

Find this more effective than taking kelp tablets for the iodine. Have suffered from fatigue for years, and this has definitely helped make me feel I have a little more zip!

Need iodine for the prevention of cancers. 3 drops in water every day. Or as my great grandmother told me, start with one drop a day and increase by one each day until 9 drops and then go back down to one.

I think this a good product. I feel more energy after taking a drop under my tongue each day. My daughter also does the same. I feel that our nails and hair have improved and generally in a better mood. I cannot seem to order it in my own country for whatever reason.
