BioCare Iron Complex contains iron and vitamin B2 to support the formation of red blood cells and reduce tiredness and fatigue, with cofactors to support your body.

Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, supporting the transport of oxygen around the body. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

I’ve been taking iron for a month now and I would recommend it. I found it to be easy on my stomach and gave me no constipation.
I have an healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegs
