Definitely an `easy iron` supplement for me - I have been taking these for about 2 years, I can take them on an empty stomach or just with juice without experiencing any nausea or digestive issues. They raised my iron levels (which were pretty low when I began taking them) fairly quickly to a healthy level and I don`t struggle with fatigue or black-outs anymore (nb. in the last few months I also started taking Terranova B+C, Terranova Vitamin D & Terranova Zinc for other health issues so it could be a combined effect).

Taking two capsules daily to improve my low iron levels. No side effects at all from this iron supplement although am taking a higher dosage than recommended. No nasty taste or smell. It definitely is an easy iron as has not caused constipation or any other digestive complaints.
