Vega Vitamins Iron Bisglycinate - 60 x 50mg Capsules

I have been extremely impressed with this product. After struggling with traditional iron supplements that often caused constipation, stomach discomfort, and nausea, this product has been a welcome change.
The iron bisglycinate form is noticeably gentler on digestion while still delivering a high-strength 50mg dose. Within a few weeks of consistent use, I experienced improved energy levels, reduced fatigue, and better overall wellbeing. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not leave an unpleasant metallic aftertaste.
The bottle provides a full 60-day supply, making it excellent value for money. I also found that taking it with a source of vitamin C helped maximise absorption, while avoiding calcium-rich foods around the same time.
Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-absorbed iron supplement that is much easier on the stomach than many conventional iron products.

Highly effective

I was very aneimic with a ferritin level of 5 within 16 days of taking a high dose of these I got my ferritin to 37 I am so impressed, no gastric issues either, I have finally found an iron supplement that doesn't cause constipation. I would highly recommend
