Viridian Balanced Iron Complex contains iron bisglycinate, which is gentle on your digestive system.

Quickly replenished iron levels

After my ferritin dropped to a level of only 5 I began this iron complex in the hope of avoiding iron infusions I was referred for. After only 6 weeks my ferritin is now 25, and other readings such as haemoglobin have also improved. Iron infusions have been cancelled. Highly recommend and shall continue taking, I love Viridian for their ethics and the quality of their supplements.
