I tried this for my poor haemoglobin levels and didn`t notice a huge amount of difference but I would still recommend them. The capsules are easy to swallow and the product is reasonably priced.

I have been using iron tablets due to hair loss. I have been using this iron tablets for some time now and whenever I stop using it for a few months I definitely notice the difference. I am very sensitive to doctors prescribed iron tablets and prefer to find my own supplement. I have never had an issue with these, I find them very gentle and they have no negative effect on my digestion. I find them easy to swallow and my iron levels do increase when I take these. And I really like the simple ingredients. I would recommend these.

Best iron supplements Ive ever taken. Ive been struggling with excessive tiredness and very heavy menstrual periods; I started taking these again and I feel almost back to normal. Highly recommended if you have anaemia, low energy or if youre a female requiring additional iron supplementation. Ive tried others and these really are the very best and worth every penny.
