Usage Guide:

Foot soak - Add 150g into a warm footbath. Relax feet in bath for 20 minutes to ensure effective mineral absorption. Dosage and frequency can be safely increased if required.

Body Bath Soak: - Add 250g to a warm bath. Allow the water to cover your body and relax for 20 minutes. Repeat twice a week. Dosage and frequency can be safely increased if required.
