Content:	One Scoop (approx. 1.5g) Contains:
Magnesium	200mg

One heaped scoop (approx. 1.5g) mixed in water or juice and taken daily with food, or as professionally directed.

BioCare Magnesium - 90g Powder

This product is good but as i suffer from IBS i found it upset my stomach after taking it after an evening meal and also the next morning. I`ve had to stop using it for a while but will definitely be trying it again another time to see if I get the same effect.
