VERY GOOD. I NOTICED A DIFFERENCE IN MY NAILS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. POWDER VERSION IS EASIER ON THE TUMMY.

This product is good but as i suffer from IBS i found it upset my stomach after taking it after an evening meal and also the next morning. I`ve had to stop using it for a while but will definitely be trying it again another time to see if I get the same effect.
