A complex of magnesium and taurine which may be particularly suited to cardiovascular support.
Taurine is one of the sulphur rich group of amino acids and most prevalent in heart tissue. It also plays a role in neurotransmitter balance. Women have a requirement for taurine as the female hormone, oestrodiol, is found to inhibit the synthesis of taurine in the liver.

Taurine helps to conserve potassium and calcium in the heart muscle and therefore helps support cardiovascular function;

Magnesium is required to support the function of nerves and muscles.

I started taking these on account of heart fluttering episodes I was having on a regular basis. Purchased these after watching cardiologist Dr. Sanjay Gupta recommend Magnesium tablets on YouTube. The heart fluttering episodes are now rare and mild. Many thanks to Dr Gupta and bodykind!

I have been taking Chelated Magnesium to eliminate leg cramps and lighten my depression/loneliness. I purchased Magnesium Taurate because it was suggested for people with heart issues. Although it may be a good quality Magnesium, while using this product, my depression took a nose-dive and my legs cramped and jumped worse than before. Sorry, I`ve gone back to the Chelated Magnesium.
