As others have said, this is a high-quality magnesium supplement containing three different types of magnesium for maximum availability. The only potential downside is that you will have to take three capsules/day to receive the benefits of the intended dose, and they recommend you do so over the course of the day (rather than, say, all at once at night or the morning). During Covid times when we are working from home, this is less difficult than those times when we are out and about at work and other activities. The capsules have no smell and are very easy to swallow. I found this helped with leg cramps and other relieved any muscle soreness after exercise.

Not noticed any difference at all in terms of relaxation and sleep. Very easy capsules to swallow however if I had read the information properly I wouldnt have ordered them as says can take up to SIX capsules per day so one bottle would NOT last long at all. Ill order a different brand next time. Ive been taking 6 per day and no difference in my symptoms/issues at all.

Thanks to this magnesium supplement I managed to keep my arrhythmia under control which started my late 20s and within a year time the dosage of my beta blocker prescription was increased twice. Then I read that magnesium (especially in taurat form) could come in useful to strengthening heart muscles and reduce arrhythmia. Between these pills and cutting my caffeine consumption off completely, I stopped taking beta blocker pills and I gradually started feel my arrhythmia less and less.
