Lifestream Magnesium Marine - 150g Powder

Lifestream Magnesium Marine delivers a concentrated, easily absorbed dose of elemental magnesium to support your daily wellbeing.

If you're feeling stressed or eat a highly processed diet, your magnesium levels may drop, leaving you tired and less resilient.

Magnesium plays a vital role in keeping your muscles and nervous system functioning properly, helping you feel balanced and at ease.

This natural supplement is sustainably sourced from marine saltwater and processed without chemicals or preservatives for purity and potency.

You get a clean, bioavailable form of magnesium that's gentle on your body and kind to the planet.

The tubs are made from non-GMO sugarcane, sustainably grown and ethically sourced in Brazil as a by-product of sugar production. Once harvested, the sugarcane is milled and turned into ethanol, which forms the base for sugarcane-based plastic. The paper-based labels are printed with biodegradable ink, making the packaging even more eco-friendly.

Lifestream Magnesium Marine - 150g Powder

If Lifestream Natural Magnesium is taken as the instructions say, only 40% is absorbed by the body and loose stools result unless you gradually increase your dose which the instructions do not mention. However, this is the perfect product for making Magnesium Bicarbonate! In fact, mix 3.6 grams with 1 litre of refrigerated carbonated water shake for 30 seconds leave for 30 minutes then shake again for 30 seconds, leave to settle and you have the perfect absorbable Magnesium Ions and Bicarbonate!
