Liposomal magnesium is the best way to absorb this mineral. The liposomal formulation seems to be very popular now and is a lot better than tablet and capsule form. Very pleasant taste.

Lipolife Unflavoured Liposomal Magnesium - 240ml

I`ve just began to use this liposomal form of magnesium. All who use it in the family, have all remarked about sleeping better. Personally, I have noticed that I have ceased getting painful leg-cramps, and a general feeling of more well-being and positiveness about general health as day-to-day stresses of life, are in more perspective. It is still early days, but I have read various reports and analysis on line that state that the majority of the population has low magnesium levels and I would agree that liposomal magnesium seems to be the best way form of the mineral to take as is doesn`t cause me gastric upsets. I am very pleased with the deliver and customer service of Bodykind. Thank you.
