Good if you prefer a combined liquid form

I find many magnesium tablets large to swallow and often you have to take several capsules to get the required dose. As someone with M.E. I need at least 400mg per day. Unfortunately as pleasant as this was to take, I wont order more now due to the sugar content as I'm on a special eating plan now, avoiding sugar completely.For those who don't mind this I recommend the product for its combination of malate and bisglycinate
