OSI MAGNESIUM Body Lotion + OptiMSM - 200ml

5ml (one teaspoon) contains 130mg elemental magnesium, 650mg OptiMSM.

Apply around 5ml (one to two pumps) of Magnesium lotion around the body and massage into the skin, concentrating on any areas that are prone to stiffness and cramping, avoiding any sensitive or broken skin.

For daily use, best used after a bath or shower when the pores are open to aid absorption into the skin. Reapply as needed.
