OSI MAGNESIUM Cooling Massage Lotion - 200ml

5ml (one teaspoon) contains 138mg elemental magnesium.

Apply around 5ml (one teaspoon) onto clean unbroken skin, concentrating on joints, muscles and areas of concern, and massage into the skin.

It is best applied directly after a shower or bath when the pores are open to aid absorption into the skin. Reapply as needed.
