2.5ml (half a teaspoon) contains 257mg elemental magnesium and 312mg OptiMSM.

For daily use, this spray is best used after a bath or shower when the pores are open to aid absorption into the skin. Spray five to ten sprays onto clean unbroken skin, and massage in.
