Super magnesium

I purchased these capsules on recommendation from my niece who also uses them. I had a real problem with constipation and bladder control, one affected the other. I have prescription drugs to control my bladder, which were now proving inaffective.
Since starting the magnesium, I have stopped taking the prescription medication. I now have normal control of both my bladder and bowel, which is a godsend. I take 1 capsule per day and am now regular as clockwork.
