Suggested Usage:

• Using the metred dropper, take one to 3.6ml (one to four droppers) daily. 
• Days one to three: ten drops per day.
• Days four to six: ten additional drops per day.
• Day seven onwards: ten additional drops every few days until you reach 80 drops (3.6ml) spread throughout the day.
• The product does not contain any artificial flavours or sweeteners, so we recommend adding it to your favourite flavoured drinks to mask the taste. 

• This product has a very strong, salty flavour.
• Do not refrigerate.
• A high intake of magnesium may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, simply reduce the serving size.
