Suggested use:

• Take 1-4ml (one to four drops) daily

If it's your first time taking Ionic Magnesium follow these daily usage instructions:

• Days one to three: ten drops a day
• Days four to six: ten additional drops a day
• Day seven onwards: ten additional drops every few days until you reach 80 drops (4ml) spread throughout the day

Contraindications:

• A high intake of magnesium may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, simply reduce the serving size
