Suggested usage:

• Take three tablets daily for the first six months, then reduce to a maintenance dose of one to two tablets daily

• Swallow tablets whole with water, half to one hour before food or on an empty stomach
• Avoid drinks containing milk, tea or coffee within an hour of taking Florisene, as these can affect nutrient absorption

Contraindications:

• Do not take other iron-containing supplements while taking Florisene
• Do not take within two hours of any medication, including indigestion remedies
