Very pleased with this. I have only been taking one a day and have noticed a big difference in the strength of my nails. Wish I could report the same results as Mark below though!

Wow, this supplement seems very potent (which is a good thing). I decided to try it for ME/CFS, especially as my skin and nails have suffered from the illness, not to mention tendons, ligaments, bones and many other things. My whole body feels stronger after taking this for a few weeks, instead of feeling decrepit weak and shrivelled. It also feels like it has got into my brain and aided healing in there. The first doses actually blew my head off! I then reduced to half a capsule per day for a while. Currently on one a day now (comfortably). Three per day seems a lot, but I`ll definitely try to work up to that, in the hope of feeling super-human one day soon ???? My skin feels nicer already.
