Fish oil, capsule shell (gelatin, glycerol, purified water), evening primrose oil. Antioxidant: Alpha-tocopherol.

Suggested use:

• 1 twist-off capsule per day with food/liquid (200g or 200ml)
• Twist the capsule and squeeze contents into at least 200ml of liquid, formula milk, or 200g of food and mix well
• Capsules are not to be swallowed or fed to children
• Do not exceed the recommended intake
